  • About Dr. Quarterman

    Dr. Mark Johnson Quarterman earned his AS degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and his BS in Biology from Armstrong State College. He attended The Medical College of Georgia where he earned his M.D. degree. After earning his degree, he completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Quarterman's desire to pursue a career in dermatology led him to a dermatology residency at The Medical College of Georgia. It was there, he was named the Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. After finishing his Dermatology training, he completed a Dermatopathology fellowship at The Ohio State University. He is also board certified in dermatopathology by the American Board of Pathology. These two certifications allow Dr. Quarterman to review the clinical and pathological aspects of dermatology for his patients. He is able to interpret the pathology, firsthand, in order to give the patient the highest quality of care. He also has a certification for Mohs Micrographic Surgery by the American Society for Mohs Micrographic Surgery and has performed many Mohs surgeries in the past 25 years. He was presented with the Annual Trainee Award for 1997 by the Archives of Dermatology (Arch Dermatol/Vol 134, Mar 1998, pg.343). This award is bestowed to the dermatology resident or fellow who was the first author for the most meritorious original research article published in the Archives of Dermatology of a given year. This is an international award. Dr. Quarterman has presented many cases at professional meetings and conferences, participated in numerous research projects, and has written multiple journal and abstract articles. He has been in private practice in Anderson, South Carolina since 1996. He and his wife, Tricia have three children, Laura, Christina and Mark, Jr.

  • About Dr. O’Steen

    Dr. Luke O’Steen was born in Greenville, South Carolina. He attended the Honors College at the College of Charleston where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He then attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he earned his MD. For his internship, Dr. O’Steen trained in Internal Medicine at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans. He then traveled across the country to Los Angeles, CA to complete his Dermatology residency at Kaiser Permanente, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. O’Steen is interested in combining his skills in medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and dermatopathology to provide his patients with comprehensive skin care. He is the oldest of five boys. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, travelling, fantasy football, and spending time with his wife Lea and his younger brothers.

    Owen J. Murry Jr., FNP,BC was born and raised in Savannah, Ga. He attended Armstrong Atlantic State University where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in both Health Science and Nursing. He worked as an emergency room nurse prior to completing his Master of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001 at Georgia Southern University. He received his Dermatology training at the Georgia Skin and Cancer Clinic with Dr. Sidney Smith prior to moving to Anderson in 2005 to join the Anderson Skin and Cancer Clinic. Owen is board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Upstate Nurse Practitioner Association. He currently serves as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students from Clemson University, as well as, medical students and resident physicians. Owen is married with two children and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing tennis.

  • About Lori

    Lori Sloan attended Clemson University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002. In 2009, Lori obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of South Carolina. She obtained her national certification for Family Nurse practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She previously worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Anmed Health and as a flight nurse for SkyCare Air Medical Services. In 2010, she joined Drs. Quarterman where she received special training in dermatology under Dr. Quarterman. Lori has a special interest in pediatric dermatology. She was raised in Pendleton, South Carolina where she currently resides with her husband and two children. Lori is committed to providing her patients with personalized high quality medical care while focusing on wellness, prevention, and education.

  • About Diana

    Diana Mullikin attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in both Animal Science and Poultry Science in 1997. After working in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, she returned to school and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 from University of South Carolina Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina. In 2023, she graduated from Clemson University with her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She previously worked at Anmed Medical Center as a registered nurse in the inpatient psychiatric unit for one year and the intensive care unit for nine years. Diana is excited to join Anderson Skin and Cancer Clinic and receive special training in dermatology. Diana has two daughters that both attend Clemson University and enjoys spending time with them, traveling, outdoors and caring for her pets.

  • About Robert

    Robert Ridgeway IV is a board certified physician assistant who has been practicing medicine full time since 2014. His experience in medicine began as a child in Manning, South Carolina, riding along to Fire and EMS calls with his dad (a fire fighter, paramedic, nurse, and OBGYN physician). Robert worked as an EMT while attending Furman University. He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelors in Biology and went on to earn a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of St. Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Robert was trained in neurosurgery in Washington D.C. and spent years working in that field in Greenville, South Carolina. He made a shift in specialty to dermatology and joined Anderson Skin and Cancer Clinic in 2023. Robert is married to Caroline, and they welcomed their first child in 2023. Outside of work Robert enjoys writing and recording new music, as well as woodworking, traveling, and the great outdoors.
